Five steps.
No mystery.

When the tech arrives, you'll know exactly what's happening. When they leave, you'll know exactly what they found. Here's the whole process, from first phone call to final warranty paperwork.

Technician arriving on site to perform pool leak detection
1
On Arrival

We show up ready
to work.

Your technician arrives with a fully equipped dispatch vehicle — pressure testing rigs, acoustic listening gear, diving equipment, and our proprietary in-house isolation testing tools. No "I'll have to come back for that" — everything we might need is on the truck.

Before we start, we walk the pool with you. You tell us what you've observed (water loss, wet spots, chemistry issues, previous company diagnoses). We inspect visible components together. This takes 10–15 minutes and usually tells us where to focus.

Typically 10–15 minutes

Above Water

Isolation testing,
system by system.

We pressure-test each line individually — skimmers, main drains, return lines, pressurized supply lines. Every pool is a network of individual circuits, and most leaks isolate to a single circuit when tested properly.

Acoustic listening devices and electronic leak detectors locate underground plumbing leaks to within a few inches. Dye testing confirms suspicion points above water. Equipment pad checks look for pump, filter, heater, and union leaks that often get misdiagnosed as shell leaks.

Typically 1–2 hours

Underwater

The dive
nobody else does.

A certified diver enters the full pool to inspect shell, floor, beam, main drain niche, light niches, tile line, skimmer throat, and return fittings up close. This is the step most competitors skip — or outsource — because they don't have divers on staff.

If the leak is underwater, most of the time we repair it right then. Shell cracks, floor cracks, tile-line separation, main-drain niche cracks, and light niche leaks all repaired without draining the pool. Our underwater crack-injection process is what makes this possible.

Written Findings

You get it
in writing.

Before we leave, we walk you through a written findings report. What we tested, what we found, what we repaired on the spot, and what (if anything) requires follow-up major repair. Commercial clients get a fast-turn PDF report formatted for their risk and operations teams within 24 hours.

If follow-up major repair is needed — underwater crack injection, underground plumbing repair, structural work — you get a written estimate with line-item pricing, a realistic schedule, and exactly what's covered by our 3-year warranty.

Warranties Delivered

Every warranty
in writing, with the invoice.

Your invoice includes the applicable warranty certificates — 60-day detection warranty, 2-year minor repair warranty, and 3-year major repair warranty (if major work was performed). No registration required, no hunting for paperwork later. Just keep the invoice and call if you ever need warranty service.

If something needs attention during the warranty period, we're a phone call away — and warranty service is prioritized in our scheduling queue. That's the whole commitment.
