If the leak is minor and repairable during the detection visit — a skimmer patch, fitting replacement, sealant application — that repair is included in the detection price. You pay for the diagnostic; you get the minor fix free, with a 2-year written warranty.
Major repairs — underwater crack injection, underground plumbing, structural work — are quoted as a separate scope before any work is done. Written estimate, line-item pricing, and the 3-year major repair warranty terms all delivered up front.
Trip charges, "equipment fees," and "after-hours surcharges" are all included in the quote. You see one number up front, and that's the number you pay — unless we discover a major repair need, in which case you get a separate written quote.
