What's Included

Every residential detection,
every time.

A standard residential pool leak detection is a full-system diagnostic — not a cursory look at the most obvious problem. Here's what the visit actually includes.

Visual inspection

Deck, coping, tile line, skimmer throats, return fittings, equipment pad, and surrounding landscape checked for visible indicators.

Pressure testing

Isolation testing of suction lines, pressure lines, main drains, skimmers, and return lines using proprietary in-house equipment.

Acoustic & electronic

Underground plumbing leaks located with acoustic listening devices and electronic leak detection gear.

Underwater dive

Full underwater inspection of shell, floor, main drain, light niches, skimmer openings, and tile line with certified diving gear.

Written findings report

Documentation of what was tested, what we found, what was repaired on-site, and what (if anything) requires follow-up major repair.

On-spot minor repair

Patches, sealant work, small fittings, and minor replacements done on the same visit. 2-year written warranty included.

When to Call

Signs your pool has
a real leak.

Florida pools lose about ¼ inch per day to evaporation in summer. If any of these signs show up, pick up the phone — most issues are cheaper and easier to fix early.

Sign 01

Losing more than ½ inch per day

Run a 24-hour bucket test. If the pool drops more than the bucket, you've got a leak — not evaporation.

Sign 02

Spike in water bill

A leak that hits the auto-fill line shows up on the city water bill before it shows up visually on the pool.

Sign 03

Wet spots around the deck

Persistent damp soil, efflorescence on the deck, or soggy grass in a specific direction all suggest plumbing leaks underground.

Sign 04

Cracks in shell or tile

Visible cracks — especially ones that follow a pattern — can indicate settling or structural issues that we can repair underwater.

Sign 05

Air in pump basket

Consistent air in the pump basket means suction-side leak — usually in a skimmer throat, suction line, or fitting.

Sign 06

Chemistry won't hold

If you're constantly adjusting chemistry with nothing balancing, a leak is diluting it faster than you can compensate.

Our Residential Process

Four steps.
No surprises.

Residential service is deliberately straightforward — you schedule, we show up, we find it, we fix what we can on the spot. Here's the whole workflow.

Step 01

Schedule

Call, text, or use our quote form. Residential jobs usually scheduled within 1–3 business days in most regions.

Step 02

Diagnose

On-site visit: 2–4 hours for typical pool, 5–8 for complex. Full system test. You stay updated throughout.

Step 03

Repair

Minor repairs done same day. Major repairs (underwater crack injection, plumbing) scheduled within the following week.

Step 04

Warranty

Written warranties delivered with invoice. 60-day detection, 2-year minor, 3-year major. All in writing.
